Data Deletion Instructions

Date: August 12, 2025

If you used our app or our integrations with Meta products (e.g., logged in with Facebook or contacted us via WhatsApp) and want your data deleted, choose one of the following options:

Request by email

1. Email info@mountrix.com with subject: “Data deletion request”.
2. Include your name, email, and—if applicable—your WhatsApp phone number and/or Facebook user ID.
3. We will process your request and confirm deletion within a reasonable time.

What we delete

All data we hold about you obtained through our app/services and Meta’s Platform, except for information we must retain for legal obligations, security, or defense of claims.

Note: If you use Facebook Login, you can also configure a Data Deletion Callback in Facebook’s developer console so deletion executes automatically.
